There are times when you you have had a really healthy day and then something happens and you go to the kitchen for maybe some comfort food or ‘I deserve it food’ which is high in calories. seeing your blocks there maybe next to the fridge can be enough to feel a bit better and that what you actually deserve is a low cal dinner so you body gets tighter* and you go to bed feeling good.
